Warranty

At Going Green NRG, we are committed to providing quality products, professional installation, and dependable service. We want our customers to have confidence in both the products they purchase and the workmanship provided by our team.

Manufacturer Product Warranty

All products sold, supplied, or purchased through Going Green NRG are covered by the applicable warranty provided by the product manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and may differ in coverage, duration, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures. All product warranty terms and conditions are established solely by the manufacturer.

Going Green NRG does not alter, extend, or replace a manufacturer’s warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers should retain all invoices, receipts, model numbers, serial numbers, and manufacturer warranty documentation, as this information may be required when requesting warranty service.

One-Year Labor Warranty

Going Green NRG warrants its installation labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of installation.

During this one-year period, if a problem is determined to be the result of defective workmanship or an installation-related defect in work performed by Going Green NRG, we will evaluate the issue and, when covered under this warranty, provide the necessary corrective labor.

This labor warranty applies only to services and installation work performed directly by Going Green NRG.

Labor Warranty Exclusions

The Going Green NRG labor warranty does not cover problems resulting from circumstances unrelated to our workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Product or equipment failure covered by a manufacturer’s warranty
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications
  • Work, repairs, adjustments, or alterations performed by another contractor, technician, or third party
  • Electrical, plumbing, structural, environmental, or building-related conditions outside the original scope of work
  • Damage caused by storms, flooding, lightning, power surges, fire, hurricanes, or other acts of nature
  • Failure to properly maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations
  • Changes to the property, equipment, or installation after completion of the original work

Warranty Service

If you believe you have a warranty-related issue, please contact Going Green NRG and provide your name, service address, original invoice or installation information, and a description of the issue.

Our team will review the information and determine whether the matter falls under the manufacturer’s product warranty, the Going Green NRG one-year labor warranty, or requires non-warranty service.

Some manufacturer warranty claims may require inspection, documentation, product registration, photographs, serial numbers, or other information before warranty service can be authorized.

Our Commitment

Going Green NRG stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Our goal is to provide every customer with professional service and a clear understanding of the warranty protection associated with their project.

For questions regarding a product warranty or our one-year labor warranty, please contact Going Green NRG.
